it does not depend on the color it depends on how fast your hair grows in general. It just mayseem like osme grow faster because they aremore noticable then others. The roots may stand out more say if you dye your hair red and you really have black hair....Does all hair colors grow the same or does one grow faster than the other?
It doesn't depend on color it is all about genetics.
Hair grown an average of 1/4 inch per month no matter what color your hair is.
