blonde, fair skin, blue eyes... you probably already look great! if you really want to change it though, you could add light brown lowlights or lighter blonde highlights... also, you could go brunette (probably a lighter brown, so it looks natural). if you want really good advice, ask a hairstylist or you could try one of those online hair makeover things... anyway, you'd know best. go with what you like and what you think makes you look your best!
