blonde (bleach color?) and light colors will make u look weird, the contrast is very bad, u will look like a q tip
depends on what color your eyebrows are.....but i would say Red or Blonde....if you think about it, a lot of pale complexion women have red or blonde hair.......though if your eyebrows are dark....use some of the dye on them, i always think it looks ridiculous when a woman has black eyebrows and blonde hair.

iv dyed my hair black and i look better than where i had brwon hair and im usually pale
It depends whether you have a ';cool';, ';ruddy'; or ';peaches and cream'; complexion. I have ';peaches and cream'; therefore I suit white blondes, jet blacks, etc.

And I think some bright colour highlights on the fringe would also add to the effect.
Blonde, Red, light brown, and maybe dark brown. Stay with in the light colors. Do NOT go dark or else you will look sick. It depends how pale you are
dark hair in my opinion but really any hair would look good just try and keep it healthy skin clean is always good too
