For fair skin, a Auburn accentuates and brings out your eyes, such as AMY ADAMS in the movie '; Enchanted. If you are more daring a strawberry blonde would look modern but depends on your age. I would stay away from muted colors such as those that are ashes, black, dark brown etc. Perhaps an in between color would be like an almond color, or caramel color if you want to stay natural looking and pretty. youd look great as a redd head. or maybe a dark chocolate brown. very sexy with white skin and blue eyes. i love dark haired people with blue or green eyes. its so enchanting because most people have brown eyes. have fun!

Redhead all the way. Red hair with pale (sorry if the word offends you) skin and bright eyes looks so gorgeous. Blond also works but you sound like you've tried that already. Dark hair is a danger zone, it will make your skin look pastey

bleach blonde on top with some warmer highlights that kinda fades into a darkish brown underneath.
auburn, ash blonde, medium blonde. i caution you against black .platnuim blonde or bright blonde it is very ugly
