What are the best hair colors for an Asian with fair and light complexion with yellow undertones?

Try jet black with dark blue chunky streaks. You can get the dark blue dye from Sally's, and look for the brand Manic Panic, they're pretty cheap, but make sure you bleach out the parts you want to dye dark blue, so that the color really sticks. And wash the color out with cold water so that the color doesn't bleed.





You can also try jet black with dark red streaks. The same dye can be used for the dark red color (Manic Panic).
I always thought hot pink looked good on Asians in general. If you have yellow undertones in your skin, stay away from ';yellowish'; colours like orange - they'll make you look sallow.
