Dark hair I guess? Actually I have natural light blonde hair and dark brown eyebrows and I like it. Blonde eyebrows wash the face out, the dark brows and light hair is more striking and frames the face more.





Don't do it if you don't have blonde coloring though, it will just make it look more fake. Otherwise I guess match your hair to whatever your eyebrow color is.

depends... if you have really thick dark eye brows, definitely don't do blonde! and almost any other color works. highlights look good too (like if you have dark brown hair red looks good).
definetly dark and medium,dark being best,not too dark,but yeah...
